PLEASE NOTE: We have had numerous submissions where an individual has only submitted a last name. We wish to be fair to all family historians and do not wish to create false hope or extra work for people researching their family tree. When only submitting a last name, this could lead to thousands and thousands of people that might have emigrated to Canada or been born here since 1800.  To be fair to other family historians, in order to post a genealogical submission we need some indication of possible birth, death or marriage dates. Also, it is helpful to include possible country of origin, religion and children's names. The more information you can provide, the better chance there is of finding someone else that has information for your family tree.
